These terms cover your use of atrium.work and the workspace at Praterstraße 14, 1020 Vienna. Booking a desk, room, or recurring plan means you've read and accepted what's below.
Questions: hello@atrium.work.
1. Who we are
"Atrium", "we", "us" refers to Atrium Workspace, the legal entity named in the imprint. "You" means the account holder. Sub-accounts on a parent plan are bound by these terms through the parent account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and willing to follow our house rules. We can decline or end a membership if those conditions aren't met.
3. Bookings and payments
Day passes and room bookings are paid up front. Monthly plans are billed in advance on the date you signed up, via Stripe. Failed payments give you 7 days to fix the card before access is paused.
Prices listed on /pricing are in euro and exclusive of VAT unless stated. Austrian VAT is added at checkout.
4. Cancellation
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period — no minimum term, no exit fee. Pro-rated refunds are not standard but we'll consider them case by case for exceptional circumstances.
Day passes and room bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
5. House rules
Quiet hours apply on the focus floor. Phone calls happen in the booths or rooms — not at the desks. Treat other members and our team with respect.
We reserve the right to terminate a membership without refund for behaviour that endangers other members or damages the space.
6. Liability
We're liable for damages caused by our intentional or grossly negligent conduct as allowed under Austrian law. We're not liable for personal property left in the space, indirect or consequential losses, or events outside our reasonable control (utility outages, force majeure).
7. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the change. If you don't, cancel before the change takes effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vienna, except where consumer protection law gives you a stronger forum.
